Cleaning, small repairs and the garden in Toulouse
I am Chakib Louhi, a Toulouse-based craftsman. I run the vacuum, put up the shelf that has been waiting six months, and trim the hedge — often in the same morning.

Pick your chapter
A home rarely needs a single skill. Rather than lining up three contractors, open the chapter that concerns you: each one leads to the detailed list of services.

Cleaning
Regular or one-off housekeeping, deep cleans, windows, sofas and mattresses, terraces, commercial premises.

Handyman work
Flat-pack assembly, painting, light fittings, taps, locks, laminate flooring: the jobs no company will quote for.

Gardening
Mowing, hedge trimming, clearing, planting, fencing, green waste removal, upkeep while you are away.
A key, a toolbox, a notebook
CH NETTOYAGE was founded in Toulouse in February 2026. Behind the name there is one person: Chakib Louhi, who comes to your home himself, prices the work himself and carries it out himself. You will never have to explain your home again to a new face.
Cleaning remains the core trade — it is the business's registered activity. Yet experience on the ground has shown that requests rarely arrive alone: you clean a flat before the outgoing inspection and two holes need filling; you look after a house every week and the hedge at the far end eventually spills over the neighbour's wall.
Rather than passing you on to someone else, the notebook grew wider: small indoor repairs and outdoor upkeep now sit alongside the cleaning. Three worlds, one invoice, one phone number — and a quotation that spells out what is included before the first tool case leaves the boot.

From the first call to the final sweep
Four steps, no jargon and no unpleasant surprise at the end of the job.
You describe it
By phone, on WhatsApp or through the form: the town, the surface area, whatever is bothering you. One photo is often worth ten lines.
I come and look
For anything beyond an hour of work I visit first. It is the only way to price a stained terrace or twenty metres of hedge honestly.
You get the quotation
Written down, line by line, stating what is included and what is not. Once signed, it does not move.
We set the date
A slot agreed together, weekday or weekend. I leave with my waste and walk you through the result before going.
Where I work
The business is based north of Toulouse, on chemin d'Audibert. From there I cover roughly thirty kilometres — the city itself and its inner ring.

What people ask most often
Can several services be combined in one visit?
That is precisely why the business exists. A deep clean in the morning, a wall unit to fix and a pass with the mower in the afternoon all fit into a single day and a single invoice. Tell me everything at once: I plan the time and offer you one slot instead of three appointments spread over a fortnight.
How far around Toulouse do you travel?
About thirty kilometres from the registered office on chemin d'Audibert, north of the city. That covers Toulouse itself, the inner ring (Blagnac, Balma, L'Union, Colomiers, Tournefeuille) and much of the south down to Castanet-Tolosan. Beyond that, call anyway: depending on the size of the job, travelling further may still make sense.
How is a job priced?
Small tasks are priced over the phone or from photographs. As soon as a surface, a height or a condition has to be seen — a grimy terrace, a flat to bring back to standard, a hedge that has doubled in size — I prefer to visit. The visit commits you to nothing and the quotation that follows is firm.
Do you also work for businesses and building managers?
Yes. Offices, shops, consulting rooms, communal areas and post-construction cleans are part of the routine, whether as one-off visits or a regular contract. The timing adapts to your trade: some clients hand over keys for a dawn visit, others prefer the weekly closing day.
Tell me what is bothering you at home
A room to scrub, a shelf hanging loose, a hedge taking over: describe the situation and I answer with a price and a date.
